Mild and soothing to the digestive system, this squash-like and water-rich gourd can either be cooked in a curry or stuffed with spices to make an authentic gourmet dish.
Soil should be mixed with well rotten Cow dung. Sow the seeds at a distance of 1 feet plant to plant and 5 feet line to line. Irrigate immediately and then as per requirement. Harvest starts after 70 – 80 days.
